Since 1987, Shannon's has been a proud producer of the finest quality deli meats; using family recipes passed down through generations.  In 2012, new owners Tim and Jill Colley brought to the company a varitey of sausage, salamis, bacons and snack foods to increase the selections of quality meats, which continue to earn the trust and following of leading restaurants, food brokers, and grocery stores across the nation. We invite you to try for yourself and taste the Shannon's and Colley's difference! 


  {BEGINNING} Starting in 2012, the company pursued increasing {GROWING} their snack foods division and has now over the last three years developed a multi-million dollar state of the art USDA snack food processing plant, which includes a dedicated automated packaging plant.  The new snack foods division named Colley's Crafted Snacks can currently produce over 1,000,000 million bags of jerky per month, STILL with room to grow {EXPAND}.  From computerized horizontal multi-cart smoke houses, to large fresh and finished dicing cutters to automatic conveyor combination weigh scale packaging machines, Colley's Crafted Snack is ready to take on your current jerky and snack stick processing {NEEDS}.
